New ID/EA

When the members of the original ID/EA have too many ties to politics, Abraham Sykes dissolves the group. It wasn't all his decision, of course, and had as much to do with the political aims of members like Cynthia Carls and the death of key member Henry Dowd as anything, but the group was Abe's and after a while he didn't hold it together anymore.

In it's place, Abe created New ID/EA which has a looser roster and a broader mandate. The original members include: Ngoc Vo (again), James Closterman, Saichin Rahim], Jason Weeks, and (later) Kevin West.
