Metal Officers

The more advanced form of dark energy entity created by Sgt. Chris Marshall, metal officers are the commanding officers for turf warriors and are created to be strong and resourceful. Unlike the turf warriors, the officers have actual skills and wound boxes so they are tougher and more resourceful than their charges. They lead the warriors (unsurprisingly) through the campaign in Vietnam and then many leave the military when Marshall does and turn to disaster relief.

Metal Officers as Player Characters

For a stranger group of characters in your Progenitor game, a "bluer" game in the terminology of Wild Talents, GMs might allow their players to portray metal officers instead of metahumans. The archetype below allows players to create metal officers very similar to those described in Chris Marshall's entry but balanced to be a 0-point archetype.
